DIVE SITES: The island is famous for its COUSTEAU RESERVE located at the Pigeon Islands facing Malendure beach in Bouillante in the middle of the leeward side. Good for intro to experienced divers. It's like diving in an aquarium!

The Sec Paté is the best dive for experimented divers: situated in the middle of the Saintes Channel; blue dive to 3 underwater pitons; starts at -18m and drop off deep down.

On the north sits the 2nd biggest barrier reef of the Caribbean. It's called le Petit Cul de Sac and offers many beautiful dive sites with some drop offs, arches, a plane and mangrove. Accessible with our team at EDEN Plongee in Port Louis.

SNORKELING: the Ilet Gosier on the south shore offers an underwater park with markers in 3m of water and explanation about flora, fauna and protection of the underwater environment.
